Our Neighborhood

Belvedere Park emerged in 1952 as a planned community with schools, parks, and a shopping center. It has continued to grow and expand throughout the decades. Encompassing five square miles, Belvedere Park has just over 15,000 residents according to the last posted census.

The Belvedere Civic Club
The Belvedere Civic Club was established in 1956 and has served the community continuously since its founding. The current President of the Civic Club is Wayne Powell who has served in that capacity twice for a total of 32 years.

All Volunteer
The Belvedere Civic Club officers and members are comprised entirely of volunteers. We meet monthly for community updates and to hear guest speakers important to our neighborhood. We often gather for garbage clean up, meet with government officials and support community appreciation events.
